My Story... 

Hello, I’m Tatiana and I am Vegan mum who has lived all kinds of health problems.

I'm here to tell you the TRUTH you need to know about Vegan plant based diet!

In fact, here's the biggest problem you face right now...

It's people thinking this is a limited, difficult, complex, boring diet that requires lots of time and knowledge ....

But that's not the end of the problem. It actually gets worse! Why?

Because most people give up and never make it past the wishful dreaming phase of wanting a better lifestyle, health or life!
Which means you will never experience the joy of living the life that you know you can live by feeling healthy, alive and connected .
And, worst of all, most mums struggling with their diet can't get past the idea that having a vegan plant based diet costs a ton of money, requires a lot of hard work and it is very limited on choices.

But luckily for you there's now a solution to your problem!!

But before we get into that, let me share a quick story with you...

There I was, I was a “young” pregnant mother, trying to get better. I really wanted to regain my health so I would not have to struggle so much with everything specially during my pregnancy.

I wanted to be able to be there for my family and have the energy to do things.

The thing is, I was trying to figure out what to do to get better, that meant I wasn’t able to be there for my family 100%, let alone have the energy to do things.

To make things worse, I felt terrible because I didn't have the motivation to do anything and I felt completely lost. I felt even worse about the situation because I was just trying to get through the days by dragging myself around. I felt like a failure to myself but specially as a mum.

The problem was that I was following every medical advice without getting any better. To make things worse, one day suddenly my body just shut down to meat, I could not eat any meat or even come close to it, just the smell alone would make me sick. 

It meant I was losing the belief on the advice and treatments that I was given; I also become very worried about why my body was reacting so badly to a food group that I believed was not only important but essential for optimum health, leaving me feeling worse than before and feeling confused.

Then, as if by chance, something "amazing" happened...

 I got so ill that my body started shutting down...

That's when I had the epiphany to look for alternatives and educate myself on lifestyle and natural healing!

It was now crystal clear to me that I needed to take control over my health, because I saw that I was the best person to transform my own health and life.

I also learned that you do not need to be an expert to change your own health and life, you need to create a better environment for your body to start healing itself, starting today now even if it is just a small step.

As a result, I started changing my lifestyle immediately which created a momentum.

After I did that, I started feeling better which then motivated me even more.

Suddenly, I was getting my life and health back...

That’s when I realized that the secret to get better was creating the right conditions for my body to heal itself.

My plan was to start studying, researching and reading as much I could regarding health and nutrition.

So I started educating myself about health and nutrition. But we didn’t stop there.

I then implemented all my new knowledge into my own life starting with the change of my diet.

After that, I started helping my immediate family.

But there was still a problem...

Choosing this new lifestyle meant getting my physical health back but I didn’t expect the backlash from my husband, family and friends. Without their support I felt alone; although, I was feeling much better physically, but the lack of empathy and acceptance took me by surprise and it did affect me.

I ended up getting so frustrated that I decided to choose well-being over anything or anyone else! It became clear to me that feeling vibrant and healthy even if alone was better than sick and ill with friends and family. I also realized it was time to make new friends, connect to like minded people and change my mindset by accepting their non acceptance, have compassion for their rejection and get the missing family support by speaking to my family abroad more often.

I choose to call it “Plant Based Bundle”

I thought if I could create something that would make it possible to use my real-life experiences and tools to help and support others, I would be really happy.

After months of takings courses, years of researching and spending every bit of money that I didn't have, I finally feel confident with my plant based lifestyle knowledge and results to help others, I created “My Plant Based Bundle” - coaching, support, tools, programs, books, community, guidance, retreats, etc etc

I can now help others who are going through similar experiences and show them how to overcome those same problems.

As a result of all this I was able to achieve the following:

Improved my health, my family's health as well as help friends and strangers along the way. I have also learnt that I should always choose my wellbeing over anything else. Anyone opposing this, compassion is the only answer for those people.

So my vegan plant based journey started 10 years ago when I was ill and pregnant with my second child. My 12 year old child's chronic skin issues have also been fixed with dietary changes. My opposition is gradually respecting, accepting (and adopting... shhhhhhh) my lifestyle :-)

After adopting a plant-based lifestyle, I was not only able to feel healthier with more energy, I’ve also been able to stop wasting so much time being ill or trying to find solutions, because I can now make better choices.

And in the end, all of this means I’m now able to spend time doing the things I really enjoy, like spending more quality time with my children, friends, family, create my perfect home... The irony is that I started my quest of only wanting to feel physically better so I was not bedridden but in the process I ended up becoming someone completely new, not only I feel better but became someone with more compassion and empathy towards our planet and all beings.

Ultimately, my body guided me into this new lifestyle, it was not something I imposed on myself or a new fad that I wanted to try, it was the only thing my body accepted; however, the biggest shift of all was on my mindset - true LOVE for self and others.
